Publications

Method papers behind each assay, plus customer studies that used Arraystar RNA modification technologies. Customer entries are ordered by journal impact factor.

01Customer publications (RNA modification)

Studies that used Arraystar RNA modification services and products: epitranscriptomic arrays, small RNA modification arrays, the m6A single-nucleotide array, MeRIP-seq and LC-MS modification analysis. The list is sorted by journal impact factor from high to low.

Entries come from the Arraystar customer publication workbook (July 2026). Titles, authors, journals and years are kept as recorded. Impact factors follow the same sheet; where a journal has no listed IF the entry sits at the end of the table.

Scope filter: RNA modification product lines only (146 papers). Expression-only arrays, DNA methylation chips and generic RNA-seq are not listed here.

03FAQ

How are customer publications selected?

Only studies that used an RNA modification product line are kept: the epitranscriptomic and small RNA modification arrays, the m6A single-nucleotide array, MeRIP-seq and LC-MS modification analysis. General expression arrays and DNA methylation studies are left out, so the list stays on the topic of this portal rather than doubling as a general citation list.

Why is the list sorted by impact factor?

A high-to-low IF order puts the most visible journals at the top, which is where most readers start when they want to see how far a technology has travelled. Records without a listed IF appear after the ranked entries, so nothing is dropped from the list for lack of that number.

How is this different from the method papers below?

Method papers introduced an assay: they describe the chemistry and are cited on the method pages. Customer publications are studies that ran those assays on real projects and reported their own biology. The two groups answer different questions, so they are kept apart in the two tables above.

Can a paper be added to this list?

Yes. Send the citation and state which Arraystar service the study used, since that is what decides which group the entry joins and whether it belongs on the modification list at all. Entries are added from the customer publication workbook once that check is done.

Does this replace the customer publications page?

Yes. The full customer list and the method papers now live together on this page, so there is one place to look for either kind of citation. Links that used to point at the older customer-publications page resolve here instead, and nothing was dropped in the move.
