02How an inquiry is handled

  1. Send the modification of interest, the sample type and the approximate number of samples through the request form.
  2. The scope is reviewed against the workflows that can answer the question.
  3. The scope and the deliverables are confirmed before a quote is issued.
  4. Sample handling and shipping notes are provided for the confirmed workflow.

03FAQ

Which address should I use?

Use the order address for orders, the support address for technical questions about a workflow or a result, and the general address for anything else. All three are handled from the same headquarters and share the same telephone and fax numbers, so the difference is who takes the message rather than where it goes.

What information should I include with a project inquiry?

The modification you are interested in, the sample type, and roughly how many samples are involved. Those three answers are enough to propose a route, and they are the first thing the scope review works from. A study design can be added if it is already fixed, but the inquiry can be sent before samples are prepared.

Can I ask before I have samples ready?

Yes. Reviewing the design before samples are prepared is the point of the scoping step — it is the cheapest place to change a plan. Raising the modification and the sample type early lets the route be checked before any material is committed. The scope and deliverables are confirmed before a quotation is issued.
