Resources
Reviews, publications, answers and the practical documents behind a project: how methods compare, how samples are prepared and shipped, and what a quotation, report and follow-up look like.
01What this hub collects
The Resources section holds the material that sits around the services: expert-written reviews of RNA modification technology, peer-reviewed work from client groups, answers to the questions asked most often, and the documents that describe ordering and sample submission.
Two kinds of material are collected here. The knowledge pages explain methods and results, so a route can be chosen with the evidence already in front of you. The support pages describe procedure: what a quotation and service contract contain, what the final reports include, and how samples are prepared, checked and shipped.
Both are written for the same reader — a researcher deciding which modification to look at and how to read it. Where a document touches on a service, it points to the service page that carries the full detail rather than repeating it.
02Knowledge
Four entry points cover what the methods report, the primary papers behind them, what other groups have published with them, and what researchers ask before starting.
Technical reviews
Expert articles on modification platforms, method comparisons, and the biology those methods are used to study.

The primary method papers behind each assay, with journal, year and DOI taken from Crossref.

Peer-reviewed papers from groups that have used Arraystar modification technologies, grouped by the technology involved.

Three documents cover the practical side: how a project is ordered, what technical material can be requested, and how samples reach the laboratory in a usable state.
Service order guide
The steps from an initial inquiry to data delivery, including the documents issued with a quotation and what happens after samples arrive.

Technology brochures and technical documents that can be requested, from arrays and sequencing workflows to modification coverage.

Preparation, quality checks and shipping instructions for the sample types each workflow accepts.

The documents here support three service lines. Each line states its own accepted sample types, workflow and deliverables.
Single-base modification sequencing
Site-level chemistry that reports where a modification sits and how much of it is present.

Antibody-based enrichment that profiles modification across transcripts and sample sets.
Transcriptenrichment SERVICES_03RNA modification arrays
Array formats that screen modification levels across many transcripts in parallel.
Multiplexedscreening05FAQ
Where should I start if I am new to RNA modification work?
The modification types page sets out what each mark is chemically and which method reads it; the technical reviews then compare the platforms in more depth. Both are linked from the sections above. Reading them in that order lets a route be chosen with the evidence already in front of you.
Do the reviews and FAQs replace the service pages?
No. Reviews compare technologies and summarize published work; the service pages carry the workflow, sample requirements and deliverables for a specific method. A review helps you decide which service page to read. Where a document touches on a service, it points to the service page that holds the full detail rather than repeating it.
Which document explains how samples are shipped?
The sample submission guide covers preparation, quality checks and shipping, and the service order guide covers the paperwork that travels with them, including the project number that should appear on every package and enquiry. Both sit under Support above. If the question is what can be submitted at all, start with the sample guide.
Can I ask for a document that is not listed here?
Yes. Use the request form on this page and state the technology or document you are looking for, and the team will confirm what is available. If what you need is not in the tables above, naming it is still the quickest route to an answer rather than assuming it is not offered.
