A-to-I is the top tRNA modification in colorectal cancer. ADAT2-driven tRNA modification has been discovered to promote colorectal cancer tumorigenesis and chemoresistance via HDAC7-WNT/β-catenin axis[1]. In the study, Arraystar tRNA pretreatment kit was used in tRNA profiling. The findings further suggest ADAT2 and the tRNA modification as a therapeutic target and an independent prognostic marker.
