Customer Success Story
Cadmium exposure during pregnancy causes testicular damage and male infertility not just in the immediate offspring F1, but also in subsequent generations F2/F3. Testicular transcriptome and m6A epitranscriptome changes were profiled by Arraystar mRNA&lncRNA Epitranscriptomic Microarray [1]. A novel ubiquitin E3 ligase RAPSN was found to be the key factor, with both its expression and mRNA m6A modification upregulated by prenatal Cd exposure via m6A reader YTHDC2 reduction.

Arraystar Epitranscriptomic Arrays
• Your choice of m6A/m5C/m1A/ac4C/m7G/Ψ
• A single Epitranscriptomic Microarray to simultaneously profile what gene transcripts are modified, differential modification between conditions, and very importantly, the percentage of modification for each transcript.
• Excellent coverage for coding and noncoding RNA classes, even for lncRNAs and circRNAs that are difficult to profile by MeRIP-seq.
• Low sample amount required.
