Extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) is a class of double-stranded circular DNA molecules present outside of regular chromosomal DNA. They can carry and amplify oncogenes, drug resistance genes, and regulatory elements (Fig.1) that cause cancers and regulate diseases. Their heterogeneity and disease association can be excellent diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. In recent years, eccDNAs have become one of the hotspots in cancer research [1-6].

Arraystar eccDNA sequencing with maximized eccDNA enrichment not only dramatically increases eccDNA detection, but also provides broad coverage simultaneously profiling both eccDNA(<10kb) and ecDNA(>=10kb).
