Customer Success Story

Arraystar tRNA pretreatment kit and tRNA-seq were used to construct tRNA-seq library and profile tRNA expression in TRMT6 mediated m1A modification perturbed cells [1]. The study provides evidence that tRNA modification by TRMT6 is a critical translational checkpoint in the accelerated histone synthesis of CRC cells, highlighting TRMT6 as a promising target for potential anti-CRC therapies (Fig.1).
