Accurate and efficient radiation dose assessment is absolutely necessary for triage and clinical management of ionizing radiation exposed patients. Using Arraystar m6A Epitranscriptomic Microarray, m6A modified Ncoa4 RNA was found dose-responsive to radiation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells [1]. m6A Ncoa4 RNA has excellent diagnostic performance (AUC=0.97 on ROC) and long time post irradiation (TPI) of 28 days. The study demonstrates m6A modification a new biomarker class for biological radiation dosimetry in radiation accident management and clinical applications.

Arraystar Epitranscriptomic Microarrays
• A single Epitranscriptomic Microarray to simultaneously profile what gene transcripts are modified, differential modification between conditions, and very importantly, the percentage of modification for each transcript.
