     LncRNA Cancer Signature Identified by Microarray & Machine Learning

Nine lncRNAs are identified as a nasopharyngeal carcinoma cancer signature through Arraystar lncRNA microarray profiling followed by machine learning training [1]. The lncRNA signature classifies patients into low and high risk groups for metastasis and survival. The lncRNAs are correlated with immune activity and lymphocyte infiltration by integrative analyses. Importantly, the lncRNA cancer signature outperforms traditional anatomy-based metrics in identifying patients with high metastatic risk.
