Customer Success Story
Programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) is a factor for cancer cells to evade host immune surveillance. Recently published in Mol. Cancer (2022), PD-L1 was discovered a target of m6A writer METTL3 by Epitranscriptomic Array in METTL3 knockdown cells [1]. m6A modified PD-L1 mRNA is stabilized by IGF2BP3 reader. Down-regulation of PD-L1 mRNA m6A modification enhances anti-tumor immunity via T cell activation, exhaustion, and infiltration.

Benefits of Epitranscriptomics Arrays
Arraystar Epitranscriptomic Microarrays have unique advantages over MeRIP-seq.
• A single Epitranscriptomic Microarray to simultaneously profile what gene transcripts are modified, differential modification, and the modification stoichiometry for each transcript.
• Excellent coverage for coding and noncoding RNA classes, even for lncRNAs and circRNAs that are difficult to profile by MeRIP-seq.
• Low sample amount required, starting from as little as 3 ug total RNA.
