By circRNA microarray profiling [1], circGPR137B was found down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). miR-4739 is AGO2 complexed functional target of the circGPR137B sponge activity. Further, m6A demethylase FTO mRNA is target of miR-4739. Demethylated circGPR137 has increased expression. Thus, circGPR137B/miR-4739/FTO form a feedback, which can suppress liver and lung cancers.
