| The Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V3.0 is designed for the global profiling of human LncRNAs. In order to detect LncRNAs comprehensively and reliably, we updated the repertoire of LncRNAs represented on the previous Microarray V2.0. In addition, we developed a "smart" labeling system, which efficiently increases the detection of degraded LncRNAs and RNAs lacking a polyA tail.
